Holy Cross Hospital Jordan Valley is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver patient-centered care across the healthcare team. You will assess needs, plan and implement care, and document patient progress while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes effective communication, collaboration, and adherence to nursing standards within a mission-driven environment. An active RN license and AD/ASN are required; a Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred.

Formación

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma or by endorsement required.
• RN License in state of employment required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, review of medical records & clinical data. Evaluates patient’s response and intervenes to ensure optimal patient outcome.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care and observe outcomes in accordance with nursing standards and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate competency in various therapeutic/diagnostic interventions including IVs, incision/wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collections.
• Maintain patient charts and records; document status, interventions, patient response and outcomes; use IT to communicate, manage knowledge, mitigate error, and support decision-making.
• Promote, advocate, and collaborate to protect the health and safety and rights of each patient.
• Provide patient/family education through assessment of learning readiness, needs, and ability; provide teaching and evaluate effectiveness of teaching.
