Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Maryland or compact state.
• Associates degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred or willing to obtain within 5 years of employment
• CPR/BLS certification; BLS within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Assess biophysical, psychosocial, and discharge planning per nursing standards.
• Identify patient needs and prioritize treatment; document changes.
• Develop and implement individualized plan of care with interdisciplinary team.
• Document nursing interventions and patient responses; communicate with care team.
