The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) and current Maryland RN licensure with CPR/BLS certification. This position emphasizes patient-centered care, documentation, and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate degree in Nursing as a minimum.
• Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred.
• CPR certification and BLS required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process per FH standards.
• Assess patient needs, plan and implement an individualized care plan.
• Document nursing assessments and patient responses accurately.
• Communicate with the health care team and provide education to patients/families.
• Float to other nursing units as needed and support department leadership.
