Job summary

Frederick Health seeks an RN for a 12-hour PRN night shift (7p–7:30a) on 3G Med/Surg with geriatric and postoperative care. You will perform nursing assessments, develop care plans, document patient responses, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities include education, discharge planning, and adherence to FH standards. Requires MD RN license or compact state, ADN with BSN preferred, and CPR/BLS compliance.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently licensed as an RN in Maryland or compact state.
• Associates degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred or willingness to obtain within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and plan care.
• Document patient status and communicate with care team.
• Initiate and adjust care plan with interdisciplinary team.
