UF Health in Florida seeks an LPN to provide technical nursing care under the direction of an RN, with direct supervision available on premises. You will apply the nursing process and standards of practice for licensed practical nurses, and assignments will be aligned to the age and developmental level of patients served.

The position requires teamwork and professional communication with the healthcare team, and the ability to learn and apply computer technologies that affect patient care

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
• Completion of a 30-hour IV Therapy Course for LPNs approved by the Florida Board of Nursing pursuant to Rule 64B9-5.006.

Mansioni

• Provides technical nursing care to patients under RN direction using the LPN nursing process.
• Performs assignments appropriate to the age and developmental level of patients served.
