Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Florida.
• Experience with IV therapy and medication administration.
• Ability to provide direct patient care under RN supervision.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral and IV medications within plan and physician orders.
• Provide direct nursing care and monitor vitals for assigned patients.
• Supervise Patient Care Technicians and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Perform phlebotomy and bedside glucose testing as ordered.
• Provide wound care and preventive care per physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and follow-up care.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
