UF Health in Saint Augustine, FL seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care under RN supervision. You will administer medications, assist with IV therapy, and contribute to ongoing patient assessments within the LPN scope.

You will support the treatment team, perform phlebotomy, wound care, and patient education, while ensuring safety and adherence to care plans. This role is on-site and requires teamwork.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree and active license required or in progress.
• One year of experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administers oral and IV medications as ordered, under RN supervision.
• Assists with IV therapy and maintains IV sites as directed.
• Supervises care by the Patient Care Tech and documents vitals.
• Monitors patient status and reports changes to the RN or clinician.
• Performs phlebotomy and bedside glucose monitoring as ordered.
• Performs wound care and education per the care plan.
• Performs other duties within the job scope.
