Job summary

The Bengtson Center for Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery is seeking a Byron Center Team Lead to run day-to-day operations, drive sales and patient satisfaction, and develop a high-performing team at the Symmetry Med Spa location in Byron Center.

The role focuses on leading operations, coaching staff, retaining patients, and building relationships with local partners to grow revenue while maintaining brand standards and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred; equivalent leadership experience considered.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in medical aesthetics, luxury hospitality, or sales-driven environments preferred.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of sales, profitability, retention, and growth.
• Experience with EMR and practice management systems; HIPAA/OSHA awareness.
