Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a medical spa or aesthetic practice.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Proficient with technology - EMR, scheduling and CRM tools.

• Business and sales acumen with patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at the Wilmington location.
• Lead, train, and support front desk, providers and support teams.
• Ensure high-quality client experiences and satisfaction.
• Manage schedules, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Conduct lead follow-up consultations as needed.
• Meet and exceed monthly service and retail goals; coach the team.
• Track sales performance and other KPIs; report on revenue.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company protocols.
• Support marketing campaigns and community partnerships.
• Hire, onboard, and train staff; conduct performance reviews.
