SkinSpirit is seeking a Clinic Manager in Beverly Hills to lead the clinic team and operations, aligning with our culture and values. You will drive growth, optimize processes, and ensure top-tier client service in a fast-paced aesthetic skincare environment.

The role requires managing daily operations, coaching staff, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly desired; HS Diploma/GED accepted.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in medical/spa, luxury retail, hospitality, or similar industry.
• Experience leading diverse teams to achieve high performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and direction for the clinic team, articulating priorities.
• Manage daily clinic operations, schedules, inventory, and revenue performance.
• Ensure highest standards of client service, safety and compliance.
• Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing, diverse team.
• Support staff development through coaching, training and development.
• Improve systems, policies and procedures to increase efficiency.
• Additional duties and tasks as needed.
