Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in medical aesthetics, luxury retail, or high-end customer service.
• Strong computer and technical literacy with experience in clinic software.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations and mentor PCC staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Enhance patient experience from first contact to follow-up and uphold elevated service standards.
• Coordinate scheduling, front desk tasks, and financial duties with accuracy and professionalism.
• Oversee inventory, vendor training, and product education in collaboration with leadership.
• Prepare reports, manage daily huddles, and communicate promotions and events to staff.
