Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Experience developing project plans, timelines, and workflows with budgets and deliverables.
• Hands-on experience managing projects related to med comms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software or workflow tools.
• Strong meeting facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Open all meetings with attendees/roles, goals/objectives, and materials provided.
• Close all meetings with a summary of decisions and next steps.
• Facilitate meetings to keep them on track and on time.
• Responsible for weekly status of the accounts worked on.
• Identify risks, manage priorities, and drive projects to completion.
• Familiarity with digital, print, and broadcast production processes.
