ApotheCom is seeking a Program Manager to lead medical communications projects from start to finish, overseeing planning, timelines, budgets and day-to-day execution. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as a primary contact for clients.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, and proactive problem-solving. The position requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong skills in organization, communication, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of project or program management experience within medical communications, healthcare communications, or a related agency environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Strong organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Highly detail-oriented with exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple medical communications projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and support client communications.
• Monitor project scope, risks, timelines, and budgets, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Support proposal development, project scoping, and budget creation for new initiatives.
• Track project finances, including forecasting, invoicing, reconciliation, and budget reporting.
• Coordinate project meetings, document action items, and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Prepare project documentation, presentations, and client materials.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining accurate project records and supporting continuous process improvements.
