Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in program management preferably in a medical communication agency setting within the pharmaceutical arena.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong PowerPoint skills.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Defines project scope, timeline, and milestones with internal teams and clients.
• Ensures objectives are met on time, on spec, and on budget.
• Leads kickoff meetings and client status updates.
• Manages workload of Project Coordinators and supports team development.
• Collaborates with Medical, Editorial, Creative, and Operations teams to align deliverables.
