WebMD is seeking an Associate Director, Project Management for WebMD/Medscape Medical Affairs in the United States. You will lead a team of project managers, overseeing end-to-end delivery of digital Medical Affairs programmes for top pharmaceutical clients, across education hubs, videos, emails, and live/virtual content.

  • 5–7+ years in project management within med comms, healthcare agency, medical education, or pharma agencies, ideally with digital programme experience.
  • Experienced in managing teams and mentoring PM talent.
  • Able to translate client priorities into actionable plans while keeping projects on track.
  • Strong communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
  • Knowledgeable about global pharma regulations (ABPI, EMA) and cross-time-zone environments.

  • Act as a senior escalation point for project challenges, risk management, and resource alignment.
