• Execute projects autonomously with knowledge of internal processes and coordinate interdepartmental teams.
• Drive agendas, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks across projects.
• Lead client meetings/calls focused on project status and completion.
• Provide oversight of content management systems and portals as applicable.
• Collaborate with the Client Finance Director to maintain account financials.
• Develop client budgets, SOWs, and estimates with minimal revisions.
• Oversee junior staff, provide direction, and facilitate training and onboarding.
• Participate in business planning sessions and contribute to pitches.
• Assist in preparation for new business pitches and research scheduling needs.
