Job summary

Baldan Group is seeking a driven Sales Professional to launch and grow a new U.S. territory from Houston, working with med-spas, dermatologists, dentists, and aesthetic clinics. You will introduce innovative devices and consumables while helping clients increase revenue.

Key responsibilities include prospecting, lead generation, and end-to-end sales, with a focus on device and consumable sales in a B2B setting. Travel locally and demonstrate strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience in aesthetics, medical, or beauty industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Experience working with clinics, med-spas, or similar businesses.
• Strong client-facing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Existing network in medical aesthetics or healthcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within your territory.
• Generate qualified leads through proactive outreach, field visits, and networking.
• Sell aesthetic devices and consumables in a B2B environment.
• Deliver compelling in-person and virtual product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinic owners and key decision-makers.
• Support clients in growing their revenue through treatment optimization and upselling strategies.
• Manage sales pipeline, activities, and reporting using CRM tools.
• Consistently track and achieve KPIs and exceed sales targets.
