Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM discipline obtained by start date.
• Experience using CAD software to generate 3D models and mechanical assemblies.
• Experience creating or maintaining mechanical hardware documentation and engineering drawings adhering to industry drafting standards (ASME Y14 or ISO).
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
• Preferred: Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mechatronics.

Responsibilities

• Design custom mechanical test solutions for vibration, thermal, RF, and electro‑optical environments.
• Create and validate 3D CAD assemblies and engineering drawings.
• Ensure data packages adhere to ASME Y14/ISO standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and cross‑functional teams to diagnose issues and implement improvements.
• Support life‑cycle stages from development to field operations.
