Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mechanical Technician to support preventive maintenance of mechanical and life safety systems in Chandler, AZ. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment, ensuring safety and GMP-compliant environments.

The role requires working evenings/weekends and coordinating with contractors to uphold high standards. Experience with HVAC controls, fire life safety codes, and hands-on use of tools is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of practical maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC control systems and fire life safety codes.
• Ability to work at heights safely and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems.
• Diagnose, repair and maintain equipment in sensitive environments like clean rooms.
• Coordinate with contractors and monitor contract work quality.
• Record readings and maintain documentation of system performance.
• Maintain life safety equipment and ensure compliance and safety.
• Respond to critical needs and support building operations with timely repairs.
