JLL is seeking an Operating/Building Engineer to maintain and repair complex building systems across multiple sites in the Chandler, AZ area. You will handle mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems, ensuring peak performance and compliance with standards.

The role emphasizes preventative maintenance and coordination with contractors. Candidates should have 5+ years’ experience, a high school diploma or GED, and familiarity with CMMS like Corrigo.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Ability to analyze the operation of industrial Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems and take corrective action.
• Working knowledge of CMMS (e.g. Corrigo).
• Physical ability to access equipment and work in varying environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair building systems to meet standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Record readings and adjust systems to prevent issues.
• Monitor contractor work for quality and cost efficiency.
• Maintain facility services, purchasing, and inventory control.
