Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience with HVAC control systems.
• Knowledge of fire life safety codes and standards.
• Able to work with hand tools and at heights safely.
• Meet tight deadlines and resolve building issues promptly.
• Excellent communication and tenant-relations skills.
• Strong organization with multitasking ability.
• Collaborative team player; flexible for evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of mechanical and electrical systems and perform required maintenance and repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols, GMPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor contractors to ensure quality and efficiency of their duties.
• Record readings and maintain documentation of system performance.
• Maintain life safety equipment preventative maintenance and safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot building system issues to meet deadlines and minimize disruption.
• Maintain positive tenant relations through professional communication.
• Work with hand tools and at heights to complete tasks.
