Typical project values start at $20M+, spanning the data center, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and healthcare sectors.

If you're looking to take ownership of major projects while joining a contractor with long-term stability, exceptional growth, and an outstanding reputation, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

The Role

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you'll lead the successful delivery of large-scale mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Working alongside experienced operations and field teams, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a high-impact position with the opportunity to play a key role in the company's continued growth across the Southeast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of large-scale mechanical construction projects
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution

  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards

What Makes This Role Unique:

  • Join one of the Southeast's most respected mechanical contractors
  • Manage high-profile data center, healthcare, and pharmaceutical projects
  • Be part of a business currently delivering seven active data center projects in the Atlanta market
  • Strong backlog providing excellent long-term career stability
  • Competitive salary with an excellent performance-based bonus structure
  • Clear opportunities for career progression as the company continues its rapid growth

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing large-scale mechanical construction projects
  • Experience delivering projects within the commercial, industrial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or data center sectors
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders and project teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred

Why Join?

This is an opportunity to become part of a contractor that's investing heavily in its future while delivering some of the Southeast's most exciting mechanical projects. You'll be trusted to lead complex work, supported by an experienced team, and rewarded with an industry-leading compensation package, strong bonuses, and genuine opportunities for long-term career progression.

If you're an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking to take on larger, more technically challenging projects with a company built for long-term success, we'd love to hear from you.
