Job summary

Visionaire Partners is seeking a Construction Assistant Project Manager to support complex, high-value mechanical projects from pre-construction through final commissioning in Southeast Atlanta with a hybrid work model (1–2 days remote after training).

You will coordinate with engineering teams on multi-trade coordination, review shop drawings, and participate in system start-ups, while managing budgets, procurement, schedules, and field support.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of construction industry experience with 1+ years as a Project Coordinator, APM, or PM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business (or 5+ years of hands‑on mechanical, HVAC, or piping experience).
• Ability to read MEP, architectural, and structural drawings; proficient in construction software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-trade engineering & coordination, shop drawing reviews, and system start-ups.
• Prepare detailed estimates, manage budgets, issue change orders, and handle subcontractor/equipment procurement.
• Develop multi-trade project schedules, direct field crews, and ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Serve as liaison between General Contractors, Owners, and design partners; mentor junior project staff.
