Job summary

Verrus is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the interior build-out of a data center construction project in Atlanta. You will coordinate electrical and mechanical subcontractors and work with an experienced Senior PM as the program scales.

The role focuses on managing CSA trades, drywall, and finishes on a fast-moving site, supervising 3-4 PMs, MEP coordinators, and 8-10 superintendents while growing into greater ownership.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Background managing MEP scopes is strongly preferred.
• Experience in CSA, drywall, or finishes is a plus, though not required.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale builds.
• Comfortable stepping into a senior-level role and growing into more responsibility.

About the Role

This role owns the interior build-out phase - everything that happens once the shell is up and the building envelope is closed. You'll be responsible for coordinating the electrical and mechanical subcontractors through to completion, along with finishes and drywall, working alongside an experienced Senior PM as the program continues to scale.
