Job summary

LVI Associates in Atlanta seeks an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical construction from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with owners, GCs, subcontractors, and internal teams.

You will manage multiple HVAC and mechanical projects across healthcare, data centers, industrials, and education, develop budgets and schedules, monitor costs and procurement, and drive quality, safety, and client satisfaction on every project.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects.
  • Background in HVAC, plumbing, piping, or large-scale MEP construction.
  • Experience delivering commercial, healthcare, industrial, mission-critical, or higher education projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple HVAC and mechanical construction projects throughout all phases of delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and procurement plans.
  • Lead communication with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Oversee project financial performance, including cost control, change orders, and billing.
  • Coordinate closely with field leadership to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Support preconstruction efforts, estimating reviews, and project planning activities.
  • Drive quality, safety, and client satisfaction across all assigned projects.
  • Assist with risk management, contract administration, and project closeout documentation.
