Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects.
• Strong commercial understanding of electrical construction and project financials.
• Experience working for an electrical contractor.
• Experience across data center, industrial, commercial, or other complex electrical projects.
• Proficiency with construction/project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar.
• Electrical trade background, degree, or equivalent construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects from preconstruction through to completion and closeout.
• Take overall responsibility for project financial performance, scheduling, procurement, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Manage procurement of electrical equipment, materials, and subcontractor packages.
• Work closely with the Superintendent and field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to specification.
• Identify and manage project risks, changes, and potential cost impacts.
• Lead regular project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support estimating and preconstruction teams on upcoming projects.
• Ensure all project documentation and closeout requirements are completed effectively.

• Proficiency with construction/project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar.
• Electrical trade background, degree, or equivalent construction experience preferred.
