They are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Manage multiple HVAC and mechanical construction projects throughout all phases of delivery.
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and procurement plans.
Lead communication with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Oversee project financial performance, including cost control, change orders, and billing.
Coordinate closely with field leadership to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Support preconstruction efforts, estimating reviews, and project planning activities.
Drive quality, safety, and client satisfaction across all assigned projects.
Assist with risk management, contract administration, and project closeout documentation.
5+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects.
Background in HVAC, plumbing, piping, or large-scale MEP construction.
Experience delivering commercial, healthcare, industrial, mission-critical, higher education, or similar projects.
Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and contract management.
Ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams effectively.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
