Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer in Nashville to own and deliver automated conveyor projects. You will develop subsystem layouts, produce 3D models, and ensure clash-free designs while coordinating with electrical, controls, and structural engineers.

Lead installation, site surveys, and commissioning with a hands-on mentorship approach. You will mentor junior engineers, review calculations, and drive safety and quality throughout project execution, delivering complete installation

Qualifications

• Experience leading mechanical projects in automation or material handling.
• Ability to translate drawings into functional conveyor layouts.
• Strong understanding of design calculations and safety standards.
