Qualifications

Experience in management of engineering design projects.
Experience using business or technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
3+ years of Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with internal and external teams to develop standards and specifications for complex material handling systems. As the subject matter expert, you will guide design teams and stakeholders from concept through installation, commissioning, and launch.
Own multiple standards and specifications simultaneously.
Design high-quality, cost-effective fulfillment and distribution solutions.
Serve as technical expert to design teams and stakeholders.
Ensure designs meet requirements throughout the project life-cycle.
Verify successful installation, commissioning, and launch of systems.
