Qualifications

• BSME degree required and PE license required.
• 2 years minimum experience; 4 years preferred in building design consulting.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems with detailed designs and calculations.
• Partner with clients to gather requirements and build professional relationships.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and project progress to meet deadlines and fees.
• Mentor less experienced staff and provide technical guidance across disciplines.
