Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems per code and IMEG standards.
• Partner with clients to understand needs and gather requirements.
• Support execution of consulting projects as part of a project team.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling tasks to meet deadlines.
• Document design decisions and monitor progress and fee expenditure.
• Mentor less experienced staff and collaborate across disciplines.
