Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Mission Critical Facilities Project Engineer for our Buildings team, open to multiple locations with a Stantec office presence. The role focuses on technically challenging data center designs, coordinating with designers and clients to meet project scope and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years' experience, an accredited engineering degree, and a PE or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• Accredited engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7+ years related industry experience.
• Registered professional engineer (PE) license or other certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops advanced systems designs within own discipline with limited supervision.
• Delegates tasks to project designers as appropriate.
• Prepares project deliverables per client scope of work and Stantec's proposal.
• Assists in evaluation and selection of mechanical equipment.
• Coordinates with all disciplines to integrate work and client requests.
