Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience minimum, 4 preferred in building design consulting.
• Or an Associate's degree or certificate in BIM or Engineering with 7–8 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Create detailed designs, specifications, and calculations to code requirements using engineering software.
• Interact with clients to understand needs, gather project requirements, and build client relationships.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Oversee projects through bidding and construction administration phase.
• Provide in-process design reviews and maintain IMEG quality control.
