Job summary

IMEG in Rogers, Arkansas is seeking a Mechanical Project Designer to lead design efforts for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems on low to moderate complexity projects. You will collaborate with engineers to deliver engineering solutions, mentor staff, and manage project budgets and schedules.

The role emphasizes coordination with cross‑functional teams and adherence to IMEG standards, with potential for hybrid work and in‑office collaboration.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.
• 3 years minimum experience in building design consulting; 4 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Create detailed designs, specifications, and calculations to code requirements and IMEG standards.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and build relationships.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Provide in‑process design reviews and ensure IMEG QC processes.
