Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 5+ years in building design consulting.
• Experience leading design and project planning.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems.
• Create detailed designs, calculations, and specifications to code requirements.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and gather requirements.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Monitor progress and report percent complete and fee expended.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
