IMEG is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Rogers, AR to coordinate, oversee, and manage mechanical engineering projects across industrial, manufacturing, and MEP markets. You will lead budgets, schedules, billing, QA, and staff development while engaging cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes project leadership, client relationships, and technical excellence in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, with up to 25% travel and 100% in-office work.

Competenze

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• PE license required
• 14 years minimum experience, 16 preferred in building design consulting

Mansioni

• Coordinate, oversee, and manage projects; serve as the point of contact for teams and clients
• Collaborate with staff during initial project opportunities
• Assist with design scopes, fees, and contract reviews
• Create project schedules with milestones and deadlines
• Manage monthly billings and forecasting of completion
• Ensure designs meet owner/IMEG/code requirements and provide QA/QC
• Coordinate design staff across all design/construction phases
• Lead project interviews and presentations
• Resolve client and construction concerns; manage change orders
• Mentor and motivate staff; develop client relationships
