FORCE America, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical/Hydraulic Inside Sales Specialist to join our Savage, MN team. This on-site role will support customers with inquiries, quotes, and basic system questions, while building relationships and coordinating with our Outside Sales Team.

You will handle pricing, order status, and product availability, entering components for quotes and providing administrative support. The role requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service focus.
• Experience with MS Office and an ERP system.
• Ability to negotiate and resolve issues with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide pricing, availability, and order status updates to customers.
• Respond to inquiries about product lines and order escalation.
• Enter components for sales and quotes; provide administrative support.
• Maintain minimum profit margins and coordinate with Outside Sales.
• Support research, pricing, and small projects for the sales team.
