Job summary
Sadler Power Train Truck Parts & Service is hiring for a Hydraulic Inside Sales role based on-site in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will handle inbound and outbound inquiries, provide accurate quotations, and support customers with parts and solutions for hydraulic systems.

Qualifications
- Experience in hydraulic or industrial inside sales.
- Lead generation and account growth experience.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship building.
- Experience with order entry and ERP systems.
- Willingness to work on-site in Cedar Rapids, IA.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound hydraulic component inquiries and quotations.
- Assist customers by phone, email, and in person.
- Identify parts and solutions; coordinate with shop and warehouse for timely fulfillment.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on leads.
