Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/CRM tools is beneficial. The position offers a regular Monday–Friday on-site schedule with a focus on customer satisfaction and precise order

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in hydraulic/mobile power equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams; able to learn technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Support customers and outside sales with product selection and inquiries.
• Prepare quotations for PTOs, hydraulic components, and mobile power equipment.
• Review specifications to recommend solutions and process orders accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain customer records, pricing, and sales opportunities.
• Assist with warranty, returns, and issue resolution.
• Generate sales reports and monitor quotations for opportunities.
