FORCE America, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical/Hydraulic Inside Sales Specialist to join our Savage, MN team. This on-site role will support customers with inquiries, quotes, and basic system questions, while building relationships and coordinating with our Outside Sales Team.

You will handle pricing, order status, and product availability, entering components for quotes and providing administrative support. The role requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and proficiency with MS

FORCE America, Inc. is looking to fill an opening for a Mechanical/Hydraulic Inside Sales Specialist.

This role, located in person at our Savage, MN location, will provide customer support by responding to inquiries, requests for quotes as well as answer basic questions on systems we provide. This person will also build relationships with customers, provide technical support and troubleshooting, negotiates with customers and coordinates with our Outside Sales Team members.

Essential Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned customer base to provide pricing, availability, and updates on order status.
• Respond to overflow customer inquiries regarding common product lines, current orders, order escalation, and part availability.
• Enter component and sub-assemblies for sales and quotes.
• Administrative support including correspondence of email, fax, and providing return authorizations.
• Maintain a minimum profit margin.
• Complete component pricing and availability inquiries.
• Assist inside sales II, III and outside sales team for research work, small projects and pricing.
• Partner with Outside sales team to coordinate customer service needs for dedicated customer base.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5 years of relevant work experience, preferred.

Strong communication skills, written and verbal, most often over the phone.

• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize in order to meet the expectations of the customer.

• Experience and MS applications, Outlook, Excel, Word, and FORCE America ERP.
