Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 0-4 years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and possess a valid driver's license.
• Experience using AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and support mill safety, environmental, quality, and reliability expectations.
• Provide technical support to maintenance, operations, engineering, and contractors to resolve mechanical issues.
• Develop, manage, and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs and documentation.
• Support outages through planning, coordination, and contractor management.
• Use root cause analysis and cost data to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
