Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking an Electrical Engineer for its mill in Washington state. The role may become Electrical Reliability Engineer, Electrical Project Engineer, or Process Controls Engineer based on mill needs.

Core duties include safety, troubleshooting, maintenance planning, and project support across electrical systems. The position requires a 0-4 year EE background, a US work authorization, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electrical engineering technology or related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Experience using AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and support mill safety, environmental, quality, productivity, and electrical reliability expectations across assigned maintenance areas.
• Provide technical direction, troubleshooting support, and problem-solving assistance for electrical equipment, systems, and maintenance issues.
• Develop, manage, and improve electrical maintenance strategies, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, equipment tracking, rebuild programs, and documentation.
