Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Two years of directly related work experience in mechanical design and design documentation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical design, development, and documentation of components, sub-assemblies, and major end items for defense systems.
• Lead tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, operations, quality, and electrical.
• Conduct tolerance analyses to ensure fit, function, and form; apply DFMA and design for producibility principles.
• Communicate technical data packages (TDP) and maintain design documentation across engineering and suppliers.
