• Stable work tenure with past employers.
• Local commute within 45-minute daily drive of Washington County, WI environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead 20-25 daily technical client consultations via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Specify custom thermal/fluid systems to meet client needs.
• Generate rapid technical quotes, system proposals, and ROI models.
• Perform blueprint and value engineering to deliver design modifications.
• Bridge sales and plant floor to align quoted assemblies with lead times.
• Present detailed technical specifications to client executives for approvals.
