• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to translate engineering concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical client consultations: manage 20-25 daily interactions via phone, email, and video.
• Specify custom thermal/fluid systems for client needs.
• Generate rapid technical quotes and ROI-based proposals.
• Perform blueprint review and value engineering on customer designs.
• Bridge sales and plant floor: align quotes with lead times and fabrication limits.
• Present detailed technical specs to client executives for approvals.
