Job summary

The role emphasizes problem solving, technical interpretation, and collaboration with AHJs, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure flawless document control and execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Mechanical engineering or 15–20 years in construction management for heavy-industrial facilities including life sciences and data centers.
• Understanding of construction means, methods, codes, and standards.
• Experience interpreting home office engineering documents for construction purposes.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience, including certified technical training.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Ability to read and understand Mechanical engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in resolving in-progress issues, discrepancies, or disputes related to drawings and specifications; clarify and expedite responses to meet project needs.
• Liaise with home office engineering, outside firms, and client representatives.
• Provide on-site technical support interpreting engineering documents, specs, and drawings; input to change management.
