• 10+ years in mechanical engineering or 15–20 years in construction management for heavy-industrial facilities.
• Ability to interpret home office engineering documents for construction.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of technical drawing/specification issues with timely responses.
• Coordinate with home office engineering, outside firms and client representatives.
• Provide on-site interpretation of documents and support change management processes.
• Engage in permitting with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).
• Collaborate with Design-Build contractors in the field to drive progress.
• Oversee construction document management and revision control.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the project team.
