Qualifications

• Bachelor's in STEM with 2 yrs experience; master's with 0; up to 4 more years in lieu.
• U.S Citizenship is required.
• A current/active U.S Government Secret clearance.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with mechanical design, hardware development, electro-mechanical packaging, and system integration.
• 1 year of proficiency with 3D CAD Tools (Siemens NX preferred).
• 1 year of demonstrated leadership during the product development process.
• 1 year of demonstrated application of innovative solutions in design, development, and production.

Responsibilities

• Support development, build, and test validation of ruggedized military electronics.
• Lead engineering teams and interface with other disciplines and customers.
• Manage schedule and budget for assigned projects.
• Contribute to knowledge base and process improvement activities.
