Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM; 2+ years experience or Master’s with 0 years; 4 years with no degree acceptable in lieu.
• Experience in hardware design including panel/cable design, schematics, and interfaces.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Active US Government Secret Clearance; onsite work in Baltimore, MD.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of complex electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Panel and cable design with electrical interconnects.
• Develop acceptance criteria and certification procedures; hardware checkout and troubleshooting.
• Full design cycle from conception to fabrication and integration/testing.
• Manufacturing support during hardware build.
• Integration of hardware and software into a functioning system.
• Certification with Quality organization; system deployment support.
