Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Meat Manager to lead the Meat & Seafood team with a focus on accuracy, quality, and service in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with basic math knowledge.
• Minimum 2 years of professional leadership experience and 2–3 years of grocery retail experience in Meat department processes preferred.
• Be dependable with a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Meat & Seafood Manager in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Meat & Seafood team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and clear communication.
• Assist in hiring, teaching, training, and developing the Meat & Seafood team.
• Ensure safety, health, sanitation, and Weights and Measures compliance.
